Swap your usual cereal bowl with this deliciously fruity chia pudding. It can be prepared the night before so you don’t have to worry about a thing in the morning!
THE RECIPE
Ingredients
*250 g natural yogurt
*50 ml soya milk
*4 tbsp chia seeds
*2 tbsp wild cherry syrup
*handful raspberries
*1 small banana
*1/2 tbsp coconut
*1 tbsp toasted, crushed pistachios
Method
1. Add the yogurt, milk, syrup and chia seeds to a small bowl and stir well until fully combined.
2. Transfer to the fridge and leave for a minimum of 2 hours.
3. Top with raspberries, sliced banana, coconut and pistachios.
Enjoy!

Where did you find the wild cherry syrup. I’ve never heard of it. Love the photos! So pretty.

Hi Ellie! Thank you very much 🙂 The syrup I have used is by an Italian brand called Amarena Fabbri. I believe their products can be found on Amazon, but I personally found their “Mini-topping Wild Cherry syrup” in one of the TK Maxx stores.
