Swap your usual cereal bowl with this deliciously fruity chia pudding. It can be prepared the night before so you don’t have to worry about a thing in the morning!
*250 g natural yogurt
*50 ml soya milk
*4 tbsp chia seeds
*2 tbsp wild cherry syrup
*1 small banana
*1/2 tbsp coconut
*1 tbsp toasted, crushed pistachios
1. Add the yogurt, milk, syrup and chia seeds to a small bowl and stir well until fully combined.
2. Transfer to the fridge and leave for a minimum of 2 hours.
3. Top with raspberries, sliced banana, coconut and pistachios.
